They called on my cell. Their claim in non-profit is nonsense. They are selling the service of the people who employ them. The Attorney General should be alerted.

As an attorney I cannot believe any lawyer would tell you that a non-charity or church non-profit has any exemption. This is nonsense. Get a better attorney before you're indicted.

I have just completed my home modification with HomeLoad Support Services located on South Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach. What was promised was delivered. I got my interest rate cut to 5% and save 43% on the principal I once owed. I have nothing but good things to say about their staff and the lawyer that worked on my modification.

If this is so up and up why then when called the first two times it was private number then the third time they accidentally forgot to do a block of the name and number.( By the way this third time was after i told them not  to call me anymore) And why did they ask me if I was a register Voter? And the BBB states that on a scale from A-F Your an F. The Better Business Bureau said their records of This business being legitamate and The business has not responded to the complaints filed against them. Basically the BBB saids this business is a scam. Last updated 10-04-2010. Your callers keep calling after they are told not to call, is this professional? Heck No!!!

This operation is a scam, operating illegally by charging for services they do not provide.  They charge an upfront enrollment fee and then a monthly fee to modify your mortgage. They then tell you to stop paying your mortgage.  When you get sued for foreclosure, they shuffle you off to their attorney who keeps charging you the same monthly fee until you finally lose your home.  Could take a year and by that time you have paid them over $10 grand in fees and have still lost your home.  Multiply that by hundreds of customers and you have a pretty tidey scam going.

Florida law prohibits mortgage modification companies from charging an upfront fee, or any fee if they dont do anything for you.

Whatever happended I don't know, Got this call from this number and when the answering machine kicked in, it was a feined of mine in another part of the state but didn't reconize the phone number so didn't pick up.  I do have a mortage but why would I want these peoples help..Go Away.
