    Ti call them and they told me they are going to do a law suit and put a line on my social security which they have! Was concerning a car repossessed in 2008 so 14 years ago and they told me that I owe 13000 $

    The status of limitation in almost every state for law suit is 10 years if not less.

    They are scammers trying to have your money.
    When you speak of status of limitation, and that you are going to go after them, they hang up on you.

    DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING!

    I don't understand what you are trying to say but I can 100% guarantee you that they did not do anything to your SS.  I have to wonder why you are telling people that they can and did?  "status of limitations"?  Are you referring to the Statute of Limitations which varies by state and runs from 3 years to 15 years?
