I donated to what I thought was the State of Florida Police but I have found out by inquiring on the web that it's a complete fraud and they harass me every day and won't refund any money to my credit card and the number only gives me a busy signal. These people should be charged with a crime. They are literally claiming to be a government agency and defrauding hard working taxpayers. How can this be allowed to continue.

My guess is that they are a PAC.  The PD does not call you for donations since they are paid with taxpayer money.  I would suggest that you contact your bank to get your money back because they certainly are not going to give it back.
