They called, I told the gentleman that I was I work and how may I help him, his response was "OK, goodbye"

Received call on 10/25/18, although I do not answer calls from unrecognized numbers I was waiting on a return call and was unsure of what number may display on my CID. In any event, I answered the call and after a pause of a few seconds an Indian accented female voice started her prepared statement which for the most part was indistinguishable, however, I was able to ascertain that she was calling on behalf of our electric company (yeah right) an asked if our monthly bill exceeded $50?  At this point I firmly stated “you have reached the local office of the United States Secret Service, please hold” after about 8 seconds I stated “thank you for holding, we have traced the location from where you are calling and agents from the U.S. Secret Service, F.B.I, C.I.A. & your local law enforcement agency are in route to your facility.” The individual must have been stumped for a moment as she only replied “huh” then terminated the call.

received a call ... as I didn't recognize the # I answered with a robotic sounding ' Hello' ... no response ... repeated myself ... still no answer ... I hung up

Had a couple of calls from this number.  Didn’t answer and they didn’t leave a message.  Obviously some kind of scam.

Did not answer. AT&T blocked as fraud call automatically.

I received a call from 561-931-6601 On October 30, 2018 at 11:15 am.  The caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on.  My caller ID said, "Out of area," usually a sure sign of a telemarketer.

I don't answer the phone if my caller ID says "out of area."  If the call was important enough to make in the first place wasn't it important enough to leave a message?  I would think so.  Also, the 561 area code is the same as mine so it was probably a spoofed call.

I got my second call from 561-931-6601  on November 1, 2018 at 11:46 am.  Same drill as before - no message and caller ID said, "Out of area."

Just got a call from this number 5 minutes ago. I never pick up any numbers that I do not recognize. They did not leave a voicemail, so I can only imagine that this was either spam or a scam call.

Scammers from india are scamming Americans, but our government and law enforcement agencies are doing nothing.

So what would you have them do?  Do you really think that they have jurisdiction in another sovereign country?

they called on behalf of FPL and asked if I am a homeowner, that they are giving some cash for homeowners. I told them no.

Absolutely scammers. Have been getting these calls for months, always the guy named "Michael" I have repeatedly asked to be removed from "their list" and they immediately hang up

caller ID said Unavailable".  I answered the call and after saying hello twice a female came on line identifying herself as Gloria.  In the background there was a lot of noise associated with a call center.  I interrupted Gloria's ongoing spew and advised her that my caller ID came up as Unavailable and since she started out with the need to hide who was calling then everything that she was saying could either be a lie or scam.  I requested not to be recalled and hung up.

My Android phone showed it as a suspect scam call, so when some guy introduced himself and asked me how I was, I replied, "My Android phone thinks you are a scam call, so how do you think I am?"

I got about as far as "phone thinks..." and he had already hung up.

They said that they were from non-profit organization and wanted appointment with both husband and wife, they said they were calling on behalf of FPL, then it turnout they were selling some solar panels, telling me that Florida State was giving about 20-30% subsidy. That was by itself hard to believe knowing Florida State legislators. I looked up that there is possibly 30% from Federal Government, NOT Florida State as the caller claimed. Anyhow, it sounds like high pressure sales presentation and that is why my phone said SCAM LIKELY.

I answered like a dope because I didn't look at the number calling me. An indian woman asked if our electric bill was over $50. Then she transferred me to her supervisor to "qualify "  me for State funds to get solar energy.  She said I could only qualify by telephone. I told her I work for FPL and there is no such program. She said goodbye and hung up. Total scam

I get a call from this number about every 3 days.  They’re just wasting their time - I’m NEVER

The cl id showed 5619316601.no message was left.i called the # back ,but i used *67 to hide my number.i got a recorded message when i called and it said put in your meeting i.d.#
