Turned out to be a debt collector for GC Services.

i answered the call she wanted to talk to my hubby i asked what it was about she said it was personal business and that my hubby was in her office a few days ago,which was not true ,because he hasnt been to no office lately,So i know it must be a Collection Agency ,she left a phone # for him to call her back ,she said it was from ,TC services

keeps calling my cell phone.  won't tell me who she is.  I answer the phone saying that I'm not available and she says...."oh I thought this was a cell phone number."  Just strange, she won't ever say who she is.
