What I did to stop them from calling was answer and play along with them WITHOUT GIVING THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION. And i had to play the role of a really bad desperate person. i.e. i have 6 kids, divorced, no job, and their father does not pay child support. When they asked who it was I kept telling them they were mispronouncing my name wrong and every question they asked i just kept repeating my "mispronounced name" correcting them over and over again. When they asked me about my annual income i told them I had no income and made $10 a month and the child support was $6 a month for every child. After having to put up with me the lady hung up on me and never called back. just keep repeating your self for every question they ask and be a "serious case" and they should leave you alone =)

I was called on Saturday from these people to lower my car payment. I told them then I had no car payment but they would not hang-up. I hung up then they called again on Monday at 5:10 PM. I then told them never to call me again. Againa at 5:38 PM they call me again. 20 minutes they waited to call me back. This is abuse in the worse way. Supposely, if you tell a telemarketer  not to call again, they are not to. Plus they had my cell number. That is not published so how do they get these numbers.

He calles ten times a day.  I am so so annoyed.  So I don't answer.

Please note I am a normal person who has been called repeatedly until I snapped. You all know how this works your busy or totally relaxed when out of the blue the phone begins to ring. You ask nicely that they stop calling but to no avail they continue to call. This company calls me a lot and I always tell them to stop calling me. After this unknown telemarketer/stammer called my cell phone various times today and I repeated that this number  is on the do not call registry for the millionth time I lost it. I yelled at the caller and hung up she called back immediately. I told her I'm reporting you. After googling the phone number I found this site read the comments and became even more angry. Did I mention they call me repeatedly? So I got on my land line called the number they have been calling from and gave them a taste of their own medicine and asked  the man who answered if he was interested in having his interest rates lowered. That was a bad idea. The man that answered started screaming at me. I hung up thinking because I called from another state and I have a private number that that was the end of it. I was wrong the company called my land line back and screamed at me. I hung up, immediately the phone rang again. I let phone ring and after the 20th ring I picked up and listened for a few seconds as he heckled me and hung up. This continued for 5 minutes. I suggest to whoever commented he was thinking of calling this company and doing the same thing that he forget about it. Obviously besides being unable to take no for an answer these people are psychotic.

This fool calls my house at 9:30 at night asking for someone who does not even live here, our family does not call my house after nine pm unless someone has an emergency. Who does he think he is.

I asked over and over for the person on the other line to remove me from the calling list and all he would do is argue. I then asked to talk to his supervisor and he told me no, to let him finish. I don't have to do [***]!! I am going to find a way to report them to the BBB. This is ridiculous!!!

they call here atleast 2xs everyday, funny thing is they never leave me a message, until today, a guy repeats my first name several times as if I know him, but never gave his name or a message. so I guess he missed the part it was a machine not a person he was speaking to. I was almost tempted to call back, but after checking whitepages.com reverse look up and finding this number to be unpublished I saw no need to call them back. They can call all they want I am not answering the calls if I don't know you.  Then  I googled the number, best way to find out who's calling you that you don't know.

just did what i saw someone eles did on here dialed *67 then called the number, the guy forgot to tell me his name then said oops my name is  micheal a NON US CITIZEN by the sounds of it. so i asked him the name of the business he said DCA which i would think is a debt collection agency, i have no debt so anyway. he tells me I have qualified for a lower interest rate on my car loan, then proceeds to ask me IF I HAVE A CAR LOAN!!!  what a freaking joke. i said no i don't goodbye, and hung up. needless to say, i blocked my number and name so they can't call me right back knowing it was me. but now it will continue to go to my answering machine when they call...........thats y i have one to listen to who's calling and y so i know if i need to stop doing something to answer or not. just don't answer the phone eventually they will stop          I HOPE!!!

It took something extreme, but it worked. Now can someone sue the company for millions? billions? Please? Thank you.

They just called my cell. Left no message. Called them back after reading some of these comments. Someone answered (yes they sounded foreign - it's a Florida number so the workers could be Cuban or Mexican). I told them to not call me - I am on the do not call list - and I am reporting them. Hopefully they won't call back.

I keep getting calls from 561-981-6330 who claim to be American Debt Settlement Solutions. They are offering to refinance my vehicle at half the cost of my current monthly payment. I am 62 years old. I want these calls stopped. Don't call me, I will call you if I ever think I need to be financed and feel I need to be scammed.

It is a debt consolidation telemarketer; filed a complaint at the National Do Not Call Registry yesterday, and did it again today as they called back again.

This is really annoying! This guy DOES NOT sound professional AT ALL! It even sounds as though he's trying to figure out what he should say as he's saying it. SCAM! I told him that I was on the National Do Not Call List. I certainly wish that there was a way to block numbers on cell phones.

I also got a call from 1-561-981-6330 who claimed to be debt consolidaters and they could modify my car payment. i told them i was not interested and they asked me for my social security number.i refused to give it to them,the girl would not take no for an answer and told me to hang on to see if i was approved. i hung up. She called back and wanted my account number for my vehicle,again i told her i would not give out that information and that I was not interested. She then told me if i could hang on she would put somebody else on the line so they could ask me if she was polite and professional,instead this other man tried to convince me to modify my car,the other girl said it would cost 499 dollars.I told this other guy I didn't have 499 dollars then he said well how about 199 dollars.I again told him I was not interested and finally he said good-bye.
I have never heard of a vehicle being modified plus it is known that if a company is going to modify say like your home they cannot ask for money up front.the 2 people I spoke to from this company sounded like they came from Africa

This number kept showing up on my phone with no message left.  Finally I decided to answer when i had a two hour drive ahead of me.  I spoke with serge, who wanted me to refinance my car.  I had a great time messing with him.   I kept him on the phone for 1/2 hour.  I tried to get him to commit to a 1% car loan.  He just stuttered and stammered and wanted to set up a call with a "senior account executive".  I also asked where he got my name and number.  He told me I applied online, which is total crap. I told him to delete my name, but have no doubt they won't.   If they call again, I will ask for sergio and mess with him some more.
