I have now had "57" calls from this worthless person. First call was Aug. 11 2017. through 2018 and Jan. 7, 8, & 9 in 2019. I will not talk to them.

Call was already blocked for me.  Caller id WHITTIER CA.

Rude guy claiming to be son of a painter, said he was calling from home (with sounds of other telemarketers in background). He became increasingly vile, said my asking about his suspicious phone number and company information was like accusing him of rape, asked if I was born male or female, and said other derogatory things. This number calls repeatedly and refuses to stop calling.

These ppl have several #s I've been keeping track such a pain in the ass they call on weekends & evenings & after business hours it's supposed to be against the law to be harassing after hours but the law doesn't back it up . These calls are centered around Whittier area  obviously
.I called that number back like 15 min after I declined them & they did the same to me . Only scammers act that way & cuss at ppl when crap doesn't go their way .playing little games

So they are calling between the hours of 9 pm and 8 am your time?  Those are "after hours".  There are no restrictions on weekends unless your state law says otherwise (I'm told that there are couple that do set other restrictions).
