Same reason that Nigerian scammers use broken english.  It quickly filters out the people smart enough to know that they are a scam and leaves just the small (but profitable) number of suckers responding to the sound board calls.

I've had these annoying phone calls and I have no idea how they get my info considering I never put my phone number on anything online but I found this app called "whoscall" and you put the numbers in the app that are harassing you and it helps to block them. I love it!!!!

Good luck. I have been dealing with this companies calls for 6 months. Calling back and pressing "1" does absolutely nothing.

It confirms your number works and that more calls are in your future. Don't return calls from mystery numbers. Try blocking the number or ignore it completely.

I told them to remove my number because the call everyday. Today they called again from 682 710 0706

This number keep dialing and leaving a message "If You wish to be taken off our dialing list please press 1" but they keep calling.

Thats not true about the list be given to them. Legitimate telemarketers have to register their info and pay for the DNC list. Illegal callers making robo calls have no real reason to buy a list since they can just put numbers into computers and dialers and go for it.  Criminals are not about to obey any law anyway.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

They are no problem for me as I do not answer if they are not recognized, so they were born out the wrong orafice. I know let them wipe themselfs in manure and rot on.....rot on.....rot on!

Many calls, no voice mails, unknown caller.  So frustrating.

I have written down a total of 47 different numbers, that they use, some have been use more than once. Trying to sell me an Alarm System. I told them I have one,but the calls will not stop. They call day and night, early and late. I am so tried of them.
