This number sent a text to get a payday cash loan in an hour if I reply.  I hate that I am getting random texts like this now.  I am on a "do not call" list and wonder how they get away with it or got my number. Most annoying!  :(

I agree wholeheartedly.  What happened to the Do Not Call list?  Doesn't seem to work.  I just report all these calls to "donotcall.gov".  May not help, but it helps my attitude

Just got a payday loan text from this number.  Anyone know where they got the number?  I sent a response to unsubscribe.  Hope that ends it.

Texting is a form of illegal solicitation is it not? Even Sallie Mae has to put a disclaimer for their customers before doing so.

File a lawsuit.  Check out Colorado Attorney General website.  They tell you what to say in your lawsuit.  Dont know who it is to sue, file a John Doe, get the court to issue a subpoena ducas tecum to the phone company to reveal the legal owner name, then look that up in the Sec. of States office, ammend your complaint to include the real owner and get paid.  Colorado is 500 bucks minimum.  File small claims court.  Whos' gonna hire a lawyer to defend a losing case much less fly to colorado to defend it?  Get your award, and file a garnishment on their bank account for the 500 bucks.  I hate those jerks.  Just got one myself so this is what I am about to do.
