The number is at the top of the thread, so there was no need to repost it.  Most people sleep at night and are awake in the morning.  Although 7:25 is outside of normal business hours.  If you are working night shift, then you should turn the ringer off on your phone so that you won't be disturbed during the day while you sleep.

They called on Saturday at 7:18 AM aand on Monday at 6:45 AM wanted to stop the virus on our computer.

Call at 9:39 AM from 5627261621.  Non-American accent.  Says name is Sam Jones.  CID says A Mendoza.  Would not give call back number.
CID number doesn't work.  Wants to anti-virus my brand new computer.

They called me at 10:02PM!

Keep spreading the word about these high tech con artists!   A much older friend who never listened when I talked tech issues got fleeced and lost untold personal data as he allowed them to talk him through making his computer accessible to them.

It was an "I told you so!" moment I was able to interrupt but all too late.  He had to call ALL of his credit and banking agencies and obtain new cards and change passwords on numerous shopping, recreational and financial sites. The $75 "antivirus and performance software bundle" they sold him as well as the $375 one-time-offer was covered by his financial institutions fraud protection.

The worst part is, and I had told him this every time I warned him about this scam starting back up,  he had to call the REAL Microsoft Support to straighten things back out or take his computer to an local repair shop with MS Certified techs, because I don't fix stupid!  This set him back over $700 to have real Microsoft tech step him through the manual removal of the redundant malware and trojans they installed as well as performing a recovery and installing updates, because he wanted it fixed immediately on a Saturday evening.  I was helpful in obtaining the number for him after which I wished him good luck and went to the movies with my wife (the reason I don't fix stupid outside work)!

rec'd a call from 562-726-1621, woman with thick Indian said ,y computer was about to crash, ahe was calling from Windows. We did not call Windowas with a problem , told hernthat then hung up.

Strong indian accent. Call came in 10:30PM! Told me she was from Microsoft calling me to tell me she got an alert that my windows 7 was getting a Trojan virus. Told me to get to my computer immediately. Told her I had a Mac, didn't know what that was, when i explained, she hung up

They called my house at 6:50 AM!!!

called at 10:54 pm when I was in bed. when I said hello  got female robot goodbye voice and it disconnected.
Earlier in the day got a call from guy with thick Indian accent telling me virus on my computer
told him he was full of crap and hung up on him
I get these MS virus calls about once a week now.
very irritating.

Middle eastern sounding female voice obviously in a noisy room "Hi, I am from Microsoft Tech calling to tell you about a problem with your windows computer" ... criminal scammer

this asian woman whom I had a hard time understanding told me that my pc was going to crash and wanted my ISP told her that she was a fraud and that her phone call was being recorded and that she should be ashamed of herself to be defrauding people, she abruptly hung up WHAT A LOOSER

Phone call@ 10:00 pm woke me up, no one answers back when i say hello. I hang up, they call again, no one says anything. I hang up, 10:30 they call again, same discription.Caller id says mendoza a.  No business name.

call came in at 7:38am this morning, with only heavy breathing from one "thing" and a shrill female voice in the background.  Caller ID indicated Mendoza A.

Told me my computer had a virus that was infecting their mainframe.  I told him I have no computer , I access the web via my kindle fire.  He hung up. Second time they have called me.
