this caller should be heavily fined!  Have been listed every date called since this started in September 2014.  When you answer, no one talks and then you hear a click!  They call Mon thru Fri and sometimes twice a day!.   I have received papers from the Consumer Protection Bureau who work with the Office of the Atty General.  My State Representative has been made aware of this number and will look into it

The company calling is Prescription Plus Inc...  They are a medical supply company that supposedly specialized in Diabetic Supplies.  They have a call center for their Topical Compound Cream which seems to be the ones calling.  

I contacted the company via  1-800-870-6831 and spoke with Customer Service.  I expressed my discontent with the harassing calls and that I was prepared to do whatever necessary to report them about the harassing calls.  I provided them with the 563-454-3530 number and that I wanted it to stop immediately.   Supposedly spoke with a Supervisor in that Dept and advised that this would stop immediately.  I also advised her that there were numerous reports about that same issue and that they should investigative the repetitive calling that is taking place.   I was told calls would stop and any questions to contact her again.  

The issue started again this afternoon.  Each time I have asked who was calling I have been instantly hung up on.  When I have called the above number for assistance I have been given 2 different extension numbers for the "SUPERVISOR" which have disconnected me.  

I am currently contacting all the possible avenues to file a complaint against this organization including BBB, AG offices their office location state and mine; My insurance company, Medicare (as they are authorized suppliers for them);  and any Federal agency which has any jurisdiction.

I have also been advised to contact my Congressional Reps and Senators to have them speak with the Fellow Congressional Counterparts of that state regarding the nature of this businesses practices.  As soon as I have all the information I will post contacts here.  

I no longer intend on getting these people to just stop contacting me but have them brought to the forefront and investigated for their business practices and if possible shut down.  Their Medicare contract tends to usually be what keeps companies like this afloat. So it is my primary target.  

I have been getting these call also. The person ask me about my diabeties and how often I take my blood sugar I said not interested and stop calling me. they call now and hang up. I have called them i get a recording.

This man calls several times a day, he has been told to stop calling and we are on the do not call register.  So far today we have received 3 calls from this place.  I want them stopped!!!!!!

This party has called many times over last several months, sometimes multiple times a day. Once i desided to answer and it said something about diabetic supplies told him no diabetics in home and he hung up very abruptly. Now they r calling again. I just want them to stop calling. Aaaaarrrrrrrg!

Recd a call ard 2:44 today.  After reading the comments I will block them.  Filing a complaint might help to a degree but they will find another number to use.

I get 3 or more calls a day from this number. Is there any way to stop this?  It is very annoying.

Hi, my wife has diabetis and our helathcare provider is blue Cross blue shield and we fillout on line a blue health assesment for both my wife and myself, you get money on a card to help pay for drugs.  It is like a super personal surveyof info.  These idjiots must hack into the BCBS system and that is why they call both our mobile numbers.  We get tons of calls for diabetic supplies, :-(  I just ignore the call and look up number on www.800notes.com.  Take care and Merry CHRISTmas!

I get these calls multiple times a day and no one ever answers nor leaves a message.

I got a call from Angel from Health network asking for my husband who is diabetic. She said she spoke to my husband and he gave her authorization to send him a new meter she just needed to verify with me.  I asked her if she got authorization from him why didn she call my number.  She didn't have a response.  I asked her to please hold while I got him conferenced in and she hung up. LOL!!!!
A) He doesn't use my phone.
B) He's not diabetic I am.
C) Why would I give you ANY information.
This is a scam DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!!!!

No need to call the police, they won't be able to do anything about it. It is a civil matter.
What you can do, is get your number on the Do Not Call List, if they keep it up, you can turn them in.
That is what I am about to do after leaving this response.
