I got an email with this as a response number. It purported to be a job offer, but the email itself was suspicious for several reasons.

Same here, looked up the number and your post is the only thing I could find on it.

Just got this as well. I've heard of the company, but it's just kinda random.

I received an email with a job opportunity and a lucrative salary too. No name from the sender or a company either.

Just got this email with the same job information.  I didn't click on the link in the email, but put the .com email into Google and got a website that looked suspicious.  I left it and put in the phone number and got this.

Suspicious email (please don't click on the link as it might spread a virus in your device)

The email message as below:
Our partner's client is looking to hire an Operations Manager . The Operations Manager is responsible for managing and providing strategic guidance to the production team.

Salary: $150,000-160,000 + Bonus

Random email from Career Growth. Offering an Operations Manager position. Same email as posted here earlier. Offering 150-160K. link... "Click here to know more about the JD and apply:"
Suspicious... I DID NOT CLICK LINK, and found this site from the phone number search.

Got a similar email. The email address came from the domain careergrowthrace.com, but I did not find a site with that address. Put in the phone number and landed here. Definitely suspicious, moving on.

Same as above - email on July 11th about job offer with no identifiable information about what company, and this number to call if interested. Checking the email headers shows the email originated from (or through) a computer in Lithuania.

Our partner's client is looking for a remote Account Manager! This is an established territory that is only open due to a retirement. If you enjoy working with customers to help them understand and improve their manufacturing process, this is an opportunity for you!

Same scam as all the others, link comes up clean for malware but it's definitely not clean from being a scam to hook you into something you don't want to be involved with. Sample email below;
