Received call from this number at my job today.   This is the second time I've gotten a call like this, but not sure it was the same number.  The person sounded like he was from India.  He said that I was being sue, but did not identify his company.  He asked me to take down some information, I hung up.  He called me back and said that I should not have hung up on him.  That I would be arrested, lose my job, my house, etc.  He threatened that if I did not call him back in 30 minutes, he was sending the police to come and arrest me.  I live in New Jersey.  I did not call back.

this company is stating  i recieved a loan from a company and i never did i ver applied for aloan thru this company and this company is a collection agency and saying thry are taking me to court i need them to stop cause i never recieved a loan nor did i even apply for a loan .

I received a call from this company as well saying that I got a loan that I did not get. I did apply for a loan but never got one. He said I was going to be sued and lose my job and crazy stuff. I hung up on him

Some person named Patrick left a long and barely understandable message for a former employee.  It was obvious that this person was calling from a phone room, as there were a lot of voices in the background.

He went on to say that unless we called him back our company would suffer legal consequences along with this former employee.

This is an obvious scam.

Start calling them back and messing with them. It's kind of funn of you are bored. They get mad lol and start speaking funny.

Just received a call from Calvin Smith also looking for a former employee, he stated he was with a "Federal Investigation Unit". It was very obvious with background noise that he was in a cell center. Ridiculous. You'd think that was illegal to represent yourself as some kind of government anything.

We pretty much begged me to stop calling him back. He finally told me that he works for a scam company called US Cash Advance. We should all start calling them back maybe they will give up. I don't ot but never know. Ask them what favor surlpe they have that really makes them made.
