If you want your number registered on a state or federal no-call list, you have to do that yourself. Telemarketers can only place it on an *in-house* no-call list.

Your scamming callers do not maintain this site or this web page. No callers can magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments. Criminals who mass-dial and violate the Telemarketing Sales Rule have no plans to stop calling you no matter what you say and regardless of your DNC registrations. They need first to be sued or jailed.

I'm sure you don't, but even if these thieves grew a conscience and wanted to honor your request, they cannot guess your number through website comments.

But it's not "informational", it's meant to be persuasive -- the work of criminals setting people up for an advance fee scam. To claim your alleged civil damage award, in a lawsuit you've never heard of, you'll be pressed to give up a "processing fee" or similar nonsense having no relation to how real class actions are resolved in the States.

Got a call repeatly today and Yesterday. Man heavy Indian accent saying I had medical compensation coming to Me!  Scam Artist at work again!  Hung up and told him NOT to call again, He had the balls to call right back. Does not leave Voice mail message. If legit? Would have left a message!  

I am on the National DO NOT CALL LIST and have been for several years.  I have received (4) calls from them - the last one being an "Unknown" number.  They have called at:  8:20; 10:21; 10:38; and the Unknown number called at 11:41. A gentleman with a thick Indian accent came on the phone when I answered two of the calls.  I told them that I was on the National DO NOT CALL List and to remove me from their calling list, thank you and have a great day!!

What part of India are you scamming from?  Kolkata?

Unfortunately these callers are part of organized gangs of Indian and [***] telephone terrorists who tend to ignore US laws.  Call blocker might be necessary in most cases.

i have been getting these calls myself several times a day and i have many times told them to stop calling me that i have had no such surgeries.  he tried to insist i have lots of money waiting for me.  i just laughed at him.  i am tired of the calls.  lots of times i just ignore them.  i hate to change my number but it looks llike i may have to soon.

Caller left message and  said she was from a medical company and could get me money
Very heavy accent. Caller I.d. said Toledo ohio. Wanted me to call back which of course I won't.  Clearly a scam..I never answer any calls where I dont recognize the number.

Got a call from this number, didn't answer, won't answer, did research, it's a scam

They keep calling my cell phone number. When I finally answered they hung up but called back again 1 hour later.  When I call the number it doesn't exist.

It's not likely a question of existence but the illegal caller setting a VOIP account for outbound calls only.
