A Man Named Edward Johnson Claimed he worked for this Law Firm and that they had a check for me in the amount $170,000.00 from the American Shoppers Network. To get the check I must purchase a Green Dot Money Pack Reload (?) in the amount of $685.25 and call them with the number and they will send me my check. I find no Law firm with the name Richard Harris in Ohio (which is area code 567).

A lady called, couldn't even understand her name, said was from Richard Harris Law firm
and she had a certified check for me to call back. This was the message left on by answering
service. I tried to call back no answer....This is when I googled the pone numer that I realized
it is a scam.

Mr. Johnson from Harris Firm?  Very broken English could not understand which law firm in order to investigate.  Stated they were holding a certified check and to contact them as soon as possible.  Googled phone number and saw multiple scam reportings.  So how are they still out there continuing to do this to everyone?  How can we stop this?

A Sparks Naval Law office called a Mr. Vicks Henderson saying that i had a check for 2.5 million dollars and gave me a check number to call bank of america with the number 202-595-2117 and we called they verified it and then we called a local bank of america customer service said it was a scam. Sparks naval law offices does not exist.

I got a phone call from this company yesterday. Vic Henderson. Says I have a Million dollar check sitting on his desk. I need to pay a retainer fee to get my money!! I called the Sherwood Police Dept. and reported this. It is on file. I have also contacted Channel 7 news in Littlerock and reported this also. I talked to the At.General's office also.  This is a scam!!

I know!! I got a call from the same dude!!

Today is Sept.22nd, 2011, I recieved a phone call from Vic Henderson in Ohio representing Sparks & Ebel Law Firm. He claims I have a check for 205 million dollars sitting on his desk. There would be a retained fee to claim this money!! Now he is calling me and threating me over the phone!! This has to be against the law and needs to be stopped!!

Front St, #B in Fremont, Ohio 43420, this message is being submitted as verification that Sparks & Ebel Law Office, is not affiliated with these solicitation phone calls.  Sparks & Ebel Law Office has separated into the Law Office of Rebecca Robinson Sparks, LLC and DeRan & Ebel, Attorneys at Law.

A gentleman by the name of Vick (Vic) Henderson has been falsely claiming to be an employee of the law firm and is using the Sparks & Ebel name to solicit money.  This is a scam and we are absolutely not involved in any way.  

We do have an ongoing incident report with the local PD. I also got a call from this Vic guy how is it that cops haven't caught this dream buster, i think scams are losers that can't or shall i say won't get a real job and earn there keeps. Grow up and get a life.Let's get on this officers of the real law who cares about people

i got this same call today(oct. 6,2011 12:37 pm).  i called bank of america bank myself not just that 202-595-2117 phone number given to me. Vick henderson never picked up the phone again, but thoses girls they did.  they said the check is from mac shop lottery sweeptake intinity and she even took the time to spell it correctly for me. bank of america has no record of this check and i would not give them 900dollars to get a check that is to belong to me. i believe that is a form of blackmale.

Call from a Mr Vic Henderson 567-253-2928 (name on caller ID number Kelleys Isla Ohio) representing Sparks & Ebel law firm telling me I won 2.5 millions and I had been notified by mail from American Choppers sweepstakes?? Of course I had not been notifed. Telling me I would have call Bank of American and paid fee to re-issue the cashier's check.  What a joke!

Why can't the police or FBI catch this guy after all the calls he has made to scam people out of money. This is easily identified by reverse phone number.  He is somewhere in Penn or Ohio. I guess important to get rid people like him.
