HUMMMM Nicole Green is the fake name Audrey Conflitti, daughter in law to MIchael Conflitti uses for the collection agencies........interesting-

a great federal agency called me back. they recieved my phone call and am sending my message to thier attorneys. I forwarded in all the papers................oh to see Conflitti and Mulligan in jail side by side .........

these people keep calling after i have told them they have the wrong number.
they are really nasty on the phone, called me a liar as well.

They Call me every single day On 507-207-1892 number there are other numbers but i just ignore them
they want me pay them money i don't have .   what can i do to stop the harasment phone call's

Back in 06 I had a credit card I was 18 at the time it was for 2,000 I couldn't offered to make payments anymore after 2008 when I had my son n lost my job well now in Feb in 2014 I get a court paper from this credit company saying to bring copy's of all my assets they were sueing me for 5,000 because of late fees n all that the lady's name is sue .I ended up going it was in moosic pa. It was no  court office no judge it was just a little room with a lady named sue and an "attorney" named Kim they basically said I have 30 days to pay 500 and then 80 a month until it was payed off n if I don't they are going yo take my car and have a sheriff come in and take my stuff ..I never signed anything agreeing to this  and I never received anything  in the mail from them with this "agreement" but she keeps calling saying if I don't follow up they will continue with the repo? Its been years since I had this credit card can they really do this ? I don't know what to do I am a single mother  I offerd some money but can give 500 at once.

I received a call from these people.  But I didn't answer the phone.  One of the good things about cell phones is that they show you the number of who is calling and store that number as a missed call.  I don't answer my cell if it isn't a number of someone I know.  No, I'm not worried about missing "important calls", because legitimate businesses will leave a message.  

The left a message spoken very rapidly..."This is Jane of Ability Management you must return my call at 855-207-1892 ext 242".  That was the entire message.

I owe over $3,000 in medical debts from six months ago and I have written to all those I own money to and informed them that I am out of work because of my medical condition and that when I return to work I will start paying them.  If any of them have sent me to a collection agency too bad for them.  Because you can't have what I don't have!

I have been out on medical leave for six months and have had no regular income for three of those.  I basically have no assets and no income.  The only reason I can pay my bills is the kindness of friends and family.  And the only reason I can eat is because of food stamps.

This number keeps calling all the time, If they are wanting money, good luck getting it because I dont have any, Don't need to harass me by calling every day all day!

First of all people have to do a job. I work in collections and deal with nonsense on all ends of the perspective. Most collection agents these days are pretty cool, but their still are rogue collectors who blatantly violent laws. But do not stereotype all collectors based upon of the actions of a few indivuals. As far as all the name dropping here, it's mostly innacurate information. Just relax people, unless this company or any company has a judgment against you they cannot execute. Claims of lawsuits over $150 are outrageous, and embarassing as a debt collector. I wish you all the best. And be willing to work with people, lets not all be like George Zimmerman.

Real Talk. People don't undertsand the amount of thank you's i get per day. I don't understand how people think collecting on unpaid debt is a scam. This site was mainly meant for people who steal from banks to complain about the fact they're getting sued or called. If you don't want collection calls or letters just simply pay your bills on time.

..talking about those debt collectors who abide by federal law.  She was talking about FDCPA-violating and even scam outfits.

....which, by your whining, means you're yet another apologist for fake debt collectors.  NO ONE should pay any caller unless they MAIL - email and fax not legally acceptable - proof of debt/proof the caller has the legal right to collect said debt.  Refusal to mail this documentation within five days of their initial contact with the alleged debtor is yet another violation of federal law.  So put up or shut up, shill!

there guys are still at it ... keep calling and left a msg. saying they were calling about a complaint I made, but gave the wrong name ... I have not made any complaints so looked up the number and found the many reports here ... I won't call back someone who is leaving messages that are outright lies!

Stop paying them snd put blocks on yheir phone numbers!

I get calls all the time for my daughter and I tell Her cause its a female sounds like a black person  that she does not live here which she don't and she got really nasty with me and I told her to stop calling that it was a scam or I was going to have her for harassment and she said to me well your her mother aren't you and I said yes I am and she tells me that i don't pay my bills that's where my daughter gets it from ... Oh how she knows I DO pay my bills and always on time and they still keep calling and the call comes up unknown and then in a few days it comes up out of the area and then in a few more days it will change to something else. If it was account from in the past of my daughter its been wiped clean and isn't even on any credit report. So the phone calls need to stop cause they sure aren't going to get any money were not that stupid if anything they are more stupid then we are hopefully soon they will get caught and end up in prison for not only for my daughter but to others out there that's been dealing with such smart  people. They don't give names of who's calling or there name.

I got some sort of civil letter from them. I have never heard of them. they want to take me to court, Im getting a lawyer

Does anyone know if they can file a civil suit against you without you knowing about it. I never got calls or nothing in the mail from them. Im going to see about calling them and gonna try to work something out. if i get no responce. in just gonna wait till i get papers and let the attorneys take care of it.

First off, do not pay them one penny until they prove you owe the money.  It is up to them to do that.  It has to be mailed to you through the US Post Office, not e mail, or faxed, or even smoke signals.  It is against the law for them to sue you without giving you ample notification which again must be served by a court official or US certified, return receipt mail.  While it has been done, you will be able to obtain help from a consumer lawyer and they will end up paying you in the end.

Also file a complaint against this company with the CFPB at the above link and a complaint with your State Attorney General's Office.  You can also call the State Attorney General, and they will tell you the same things I have just said.
