Navient calls here daily four and five times a day! sick of it! Stop calling!

Requested these people stop calling me, yet at least three to six times a day they call.  I don't even have business with them.

If you have a prior student loan then they're allegedly collecting on it now..or want to see if you qualify for a deferment,  forbearance. ..

This number has started calling my home phone at least 6 or 7 times a day. Even after i have answered and asked them to remove my number from whatever listing they may have me under. Im sick of it.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

there are multiple locations find the one nearest you and the other people they are harassing. organize  march on all of their locations. place bids for their stock at .001 close any account you have with wells fargo or pnc avoid buying anything connected to Berkshire Hathaway except to short sell their stock do the same with all warren buffet holdings share this with everyone Once Wells fargo navient and Berkshire are delisted the fed will be exposed and forced to take action in favor o those defrauded by the educational and banking industry

I have been receiving these calls as well and I have no student loan debt

would you be prepared to help organize a mass march  all locations there are several million of us parents as well as students, check out a song by dee1 and presidential campaign issues.If we can support illegal immigrants and send billions over to iran then this financial fraud perpetrated  by banking and education should be fixed. Along with the police state tactics of our current government.

these people and  the government will only understand the type of action that took place in furguson MO. ny.ny. Chicago and others MARCH AGAINST THE DEPARTMENT O EDUCATION , NAVIENT AND THE FEDERAL RESERVE

This number calls constantly and never leaves a message. They call day and night. Before 8 am and after 8 pm. It needs to stop. I answered once and a really owed message said to wait for the next avaliable operator.

Called on 08/30/17 at 2:15PM did not leave a number

Called on 9-1-17 at 1:20 PM did not leave a message

Called on 9/2/17 at 8:30 AM. Did not leave a message.

Called on 09/12/17 at  2PM did not leave a message. Caller ID said Pennsylvania call

Hangs up. Never leaves a message. Calls from multiple numbers
