Calls my home phone at exactly lunchtime which we will never answer. Have no idea who it is and have never heard of them before if the name in these posts is correct.

Called my unlisted number (which I have have had for over 15 years) while I was out.  LNM  How stale are these accounts? Calling numbers from over 15 years ago?

Number showed up on my caller ID yesterday. I never answer my phone, I leave the ringer turned off and check my caller ID from time to time. If I recognize a caller I might call them back. Most of these scumbags get tired of never getting an answer and eventually quit calling. If you answer then they've got a "live one" and keep harassing you.

They called me regarding my landlords outstanding bill.  They called me because my telephone number is listed under the same address.   I am contacting the attorney general if they don't stop harassing me!

Just ignore them! I get calls, but I haven't answered that phone for years. Their just out to make a fast buck anyway they can if your a big enough sucker to fall for it.

I was getting calls on an old credit card debt that I didn't want to pay. It was past the statute of limitations and I thought I was clear. Then they closed out the account as "forgiveness of debt" and I got a 1099c for the whole amount of $15,000.00. I wound up owing the IRS $6000.00 for this. I was so pissed because they actually offered me $3,000.00 to close and I told them no.

Really? You want us to believe that all of these things transpired and THEN you decided to look up the number on this site and tell us all about it? LOL!!!

Sounds like your scam isn't working very well on the phone. More and more scammers like you turn up on this site when that happens. Well thanks for letting us know this site is working better than your collections SCAM.

They called looking for Jesus (Spanish pronunciation and they stumbled so badly over the last name I couldn't understand what they said).  I told them they will never find Jesus this way.  Go to church.

Stating that by court order that we must pay for a debit which my wife's first husband had over 20 years ago, he past away over 10 years, and they stated with a court order we must pay for it. We started to pay on the it but with us suddenly unemployed we are unable to to pay, and they are going subpena us for not paying. I thought debit collection are not allowed to to people to court, in which we was not informed there was a court order agianst my wife.

This company doesn't follow FDCPA regulations and I will follow a law sue on Monday for placing an out of status of limitation account on my credit report. This company Will pay also for sending me a letter that is also a violation of the FDCPA. My account is out of status of limitation and they continued collection, You people are so idiots. . Fraud all the way.  

My husband got an email alert from our ID theft service protection plan stating he had an unpaid account in collections. Knowing this isnt right he called and its from Commonweath finance in Scranton. This is not our first time with fraud and ID theft.  It still  amazes me how
much fraud, corruption and theft is out there using all areas of life and death!
I just so happen to market ID theft Plans along with other legal plans across the country and I hear of all kinds of crazy situations.  All you can do is educate yourself, and I suggest getting ID theft coverage.
There are many out there. Ours covers the entire family including children.

I just found these guys in my Equifax report and inserted yesterday.  I have never received a letter for call from them.  However, they just showed on my credit report over night.  Equifax is totatally pathetic.  I won't bother disputing with them I'm just going to report them to CFPB.  These fat cats have not problem inserting bull@hit in people credit report.  However, getting it deleted is a other whole new game.  They can't seem to current not even you fu@ken name correctly.  Also, for you all there - Make sure you check your state business license for the Northeast collection agency.  Good Luck All
