USCB you are just using an automated reply. Why don't you just stop responding? I have received several calls from your company and I will take matters into my own hands as harassment is illegal in my state. I will hand over your number to the sheriff of my county and he will look you up and take care of you. I know my first amendment rights. I can also plead the fifth amendment too and not talk to you.

Why don't you learn to write proper English first. That would enhance your business image. One of the easy tell-tale signs of a "scam" is bad grammar.  Once you have completed that phase then go get a real, decent , honest job.

I just recieved a call from this number and did not answer it. I do not answer numbers I do not know and always look them up first. I had a go around with a "collection" company a while back. They couldn't send me any information on the alleged debt, no paperwork, etc. So I don't even answer numbers I don't know anymore.

My wife started getting calls for someone else. I called back to have our number removed. We will see if that works. If it does not, then I will file for numerous vilolations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I can harras them too,

I have received repeated calls from this company (leaving no message), despite having no debt and indeed no bank account in this country.  I am mystified as to how they have my number or why they would be repeatedly calling me.

This company called my finance while she was out. I was going to take a message and the women on the phone with me had the audacity to say there must be alot of men who answer her phone I hear a women there( my sister) put her on the phone. Who the hell do they think they are talking to calling a phone number and being so rude to someone like that !!!!!!!!

USCB Corporation is a Collection Agency. That is why they won't answer the questions as to who they are. Do a websearch on them.  Crooks just the same! Some are good companies, and others are nothing more than a bunch of low-life idiots who like to break the law. If you are experiencing debt collection calls or letters, do your homework and learn what they legally can and can not say and do. And as soon as one of them crosses the line, report them. You can sue them for harrassment and unfair debt collection practices.

And before someone goes off on "well people should pay their bills".... yes, they should, but some people aren't in the position to pay non-essential bills right now due to job losses or other uncontrolable financial situations. By heck, if I have to choose between letting a bill go and putting food on the table and a roof over my kids heads, guess which I'm gonna do?!

I have received several calls from this number over the past month, every time I answer they hang up.  So, guess what?  You've been blocked.  If this was a legit call than maybe you should open your mouth when someone answers instead of hanging up.  Losers.

Whoever or whatever this company is literally calls my mobile phone EVERY DAY! And when I answer, they immediately disconnect!

I have repeatedly received a call from USBC for a course I signed up for. I cancelled the course with 48 hours and nevr even received the course material.  I have repeatedly calle dthe school and was told that it was a mistake and that it would be taken care of.  Obviously it wasn't.

While I agree with "when a poster here cries wolf, ... it impacts the entire site's credibility", I cannot agree with "It only takes a few wannabe shepherds crying wolf to make us all look like hotheaded idiots" because that's somewhere between unsubstantiated and false. The "hotheaded idiots" make themselves look like "hotheaded idiots". They don't make me look like a "hotheaded idiot". The problem with claiming "make us all look like hotheaded idiots" is this provides a path forward to try to control "hotheaded idiots[']" speech which is best left to 800notes Admin Staff and not to you or I. I remind you that "hotheaded idiots[']" speech has the same First Amendment protection as yours or mine. I say let the "hotheaded idiots" post as they wish and let things fall come what may.

I cannot agree with "someone you gave your number too (almost any and everyone you have given it to) has passed it on to a data collection firm, credit bureau, etc." The odds of this happening is extremely because Jennifer would only have given it to her family and inner circle of friends who understand the sanctity of an unlisted private number.

The DoNotCall Registry works on voluntary compliance like speed limit signs on highways. The DNC list is sold to legit telemarketers to scrub their own lists with and not sold to telemarket with. Honest telemarketers honor the Registry, abusive telemarketers and scammers do not. If criminals sign up for, buy, and telemarket the DNC list, the Feds have a (potentially false) record of the sale. Do you think criminals really want to engage the Feds when that's so much more risky than getting a robodialer?

One is the FTC, a DBA of USA GOV.

The other is well, more ambitious than government, and not so American.

I hear what everyone is saying.  Just reading through the first page of posts causes me to ask the obvious.....
Instead of just posting here, why don't you log your complaints with someone that will do something about it.

Also, the Attorney General of your state is another powerful asset.
These Government agencies exist for this very reason.  You should use them.

my God people. You come on here to find who called you but when the company posts here you say it's a scam...Like the poster said, it's a collection agency...just answer and talk to the person and the calls will stop...if you don't answer, of course they will keep calling the number they have...I finally answered and told them the person they are looking for is my husband's ex and the calls stopped...
