Looks like another electric switch company,  Same as 570-983-3884 and 570-983-3178.  Called multiple times on home and cell, but left no message.  Call back is same as others, "Press 1 to be added to DNC list" on an endless loop.

This looks like an overseas call.

Same here,call but no message left. More and more of these strange numbers coming daily. Still won't answer unless I recognize the number, nor will we call back number .

3-4times a week, I get a call from this number.  No area code.  Unable to get off list.

Called several times. Last one on 11/24/2014 at 11:25 am. I didn't answer it. No message left.

Same here, Another # Under this "ELEC ATHORITY" list on ID (570) 983-3143 , "ELEC DEPT" 570 983-3214, & "ENERGY SERVICE" 570 983-3884.
 All these #'s are probably originating from the same scammer / fraudster location,

Have received calls from 570-983-3884, 570-291-6296, 570-983-3807, 570-983-3202 & 570-983-3214 over the past few weeks.  I never answer calls where I don't know the number.  There's never a voice message left.  I'm tired of getting these annoying phone calls!!!!
