Asked for 'lady of the house'.  Something about family films.

I got the same call.
The asked for the 'lady of the house' I said there is none and they talked to me instead. There is probably some statistic that women are more likely to listen to solicitors or something. The conversation cut in and out of a real person talking and her recorded voice.

They said the film industry isn't paying attention to family and are making too many R films. They asked questions if I agree with this and I said no. Then they gave me some statistics.
I'm a movie blogger and studios avoid R films. If they can make an R film into a PG-13 film they will do it so they can reach a bigger audience.
She also said that movies today are not given heavier ratings today. That's bull too. Look at the Ghostbusters (1984)it was rated PG. Today this movie would probably be an R because of the smoking, swearing, and sexual content.

They asked me if they can call later with more info. I said no. Then they asked for my full name. Then there recording machine came on. I wanted to ask why they wanted my full name. I got no answer so I hung up.

This is some kind of scam to get your full name, phone number, and address.
My phone # is 100% unlisted. I went through a lot of trouble to do that. These people are using some kind of random dialer.

These people are trying to pull off identity theft in my opinion.

Received the same call today. They asked for a lady of the house, offered a 90 seconds survey after which I asked to be put on their do-not-call list. The woman on the other side said she will take care of this. This doesn't sound like a identity theft it's more like 'pre-sale' call when they get your opinion and the next call a week later will try to sell you 'family' movies.

First they called while we were at our cottage. Then two days later they called us at a house we were house-sitting, then two days later at our home. Same (female) person each time - said her name was "Tammy". Sounds like the plot of one of the violent movies she claimed to be against - I am definitely freaked out. Did anyone else get questions about whether there were members of the household under 16? She also asked for the lady of the house, and spoke to the lady of the house on the first two calls except on the third call, when the lady of the house was unavailable. The man of the house asked her if I could speak to her, but she hung up so fast that I felt like I was the telemarketer, and not her!

Same as above. Told them we do not do surveys. They called BACK again today.

they called my cell phone.  I didn't recognize the number; therefore, I didn't answer.

I am tired of this #... just hung up

Got that call today, asking for the lady of the house, which also sounded like it was going back and forth between a real person and a recording. Hung up on her she said "we do not believe in censorship", BS.

Receveid the call July 25th - Nothing but dead air

just got the call about 5 mins ago they asked for the lady of the house then went on a recording of is there children of grand children under 16 in this house and i said yes because i am then she said i will call later now i wait :)

I've received a call on my cell phone from this number a couple of times recently.  I haven't answered and they haven't left a message.

Same deal as everyone before, asked for the lady talked to me.  Seems like an intelligent Robot.  Words like uh huh seems to confuse it or they just wanted a recording of me saying yes.  I kept saying uh huh and it would either repeat the question with same tone and inclination or at the end of the call it (she) said after a long pause... can you hear me ok..I replies yeah, and out of no where she said ok thank you and hung up.  It should be illegal for a company not to tell you who they are.  

Caller ID said Kami and Robert.... ok first time I called them said I called not during business hours... m-f.  I just now called back ... still saturday and the robot lady answered.  She is seriously a smart robot.  She answered my questions almost perfectly.  However, there were things I'd rather not say that led me to believe she was a robot.  After speaking jibberish it confirmed.  Chick is a robot.  Then the was a prompt and she said hello? then went back asking for my number for do not call list.

She clams name of company is feature family films.

Ok went to smartpages and looked up phone number.

This is all the info it could give.

Said Herndon only has 21,000 ish people and the median income is $70,000.  Someone is making money in this town.

5 times called and message left on answering machine same every time  "Could I please speak to the lady of the house" then  said "Ok is the lady of the house available ?" Then "OK this is Tammy at Feature Films for Familys Thanks for your time. Guess it's the same B.S as canadian Tele-Jerks calling and annoying Americans. At least your politicians started a do not call registry with more than hot air behind it.

called identified herself as "tammy from feature films for families" and asked for me by name. I said "this is him" and it said, "ok, is the lady of the house available?"  i realized then it was a recording and said "she doesn't talk to recordings, sorry."  It then said "ok, this is tammy from feature films for families, thank you for your time" and then cut off.  kinda weirded me out though, a recording asking for me by my actual name.  someone must be selling records...ahh

Called at 7:18 PM Pacific on 08/07/07.  Didn't leave a message.

Just got a call from the same land line source. Believe it to be definite physical Virginia source. Secondary verification of precise location requested. Don't pick up the phone. Current trace of zero desk location in progress. Stay tuned.

This number and names have come up on my caller ID several times over the past month. I have never answered beacause I don't know a Kami or a Robert that lives with a Kami. Anyway, they never have left messages and so I have thought not much of it until today when I thought I would do a reverse search on the number which turned up nothing. So typed number in google and found all of you others being bothered also. I have to say I am glad I never picked up after reading some of these post.

i'm so sick of all of these telemarketing phone calls I pay for an unlisted number and line blocking somehow these [***] get my number who can I report all of these scum bags too
