No message...just hung up. Crank call most likely.

They call 3-4 times per day.

I have completely stopped answering calls that do not provide ID, or leave a message. I literally have blocked at least 100 numbers this year. I BLOCKED this number just a few minutes ago. What is the mindset of a person that calls strangers and bothers them? I guess they must sometime get a response. I am on the NO CALL LIST for a reason, and I am SICK of these people/ bots interrupting my day. Just FED UP!

i get the same thing daily,like you I don't get it why people just call you 2 to 3 times a day and don't know you. I've block about 100 numbers in the last 6 months and i am so angry I can't do anything about it. Today I've already received 3 from the same number. No i didn't answer.   Good luck everyone

Caller ID said "Telemarketer".  I picked up but said nothing.  Caller disconnected after 16 seconds.

Called again today.  Caller ID this time said NOT IN SERVICE.  Caller left no message.

Also got "Not in Service" on my caller ID. Uses different phone number every time "Not in Service" calls; several times a day. I refuse to answer; not going to answer a call from "Not in Service."
