No..asking for a supervisor wont get you anywhere...I have asked and they flat out told me no....

How did you take action I am in the process of doing this now they've been harassing me for over 6 month. Earlier today I told them for the 100th time to take me off the list or I will report them. The man called me a motherf*ucker and daughter of a b*tch. I couldn't believe it !

I get calls from this "company" all the time and it is always from a different city. I usually am asleep during the day and have my phone on silent, they will not leave messages and they will not take you off their list. I have also gotten calls from them from Florida, Beverly Hills CA and several places in Ohio.

They  call all the time and they bother me at work I need them to STOP

I have received COUNTLESS phone calls from Auto Care.  I have begged, pleaded, attempted still more conversations with the telemarketers to stop calling me, to remove me from their list but the minute I began to question they hang up.  Today I received another call and listened to their entire dialogue and THEN asked them if they would NOW remove me from their list.  As always the individual immediately hung up.  I'm sure I'm going to begin getting phone calls from insurance companies.  I will lambaste them for being associated with Auto Care.  Also, today I immediately called the number back and got a private residence, so Auto Care is NOW hacking into other's phone numbers which should be illegal.  I will NOW get a policeman's whistle and from now on when they call, they will get a piercing, brain-rattling noise that just might make the rounds of the call center as a warning NOT to phone my number ever again.

Having had repeated calls from these scumbags i decided to have some fun. I called them back using google voice from two different accounts on one computer. The [***] then tried to sell each other insurance. The female quickly began making up lies such as being 83 years old. the guy responded in disbelief. she also told him her zip code was near Hamburg Germany. He had no idea the the zip code was another country. Just listening was a joy, and all I could do to not laugh aloud.

Been receiving calls on my mobile number from these people for months. They ID themselves as only  "Auto Care" or "Quick Auto Care" and they sell car repair insurance. A scam no doubt. Told them numerous times to stop calling me, that I'm on the DNC list. The yuse numerous other numbers. The last several calls show as 44 on my caller ID.   Very infuriating as I work nights and they call at numerous times during day/evening disturbing my sleep. Why are they still able to harass with impunity?!?!

I have received none stop, calls over the last 2 months from a center called auto care, explain to me that insurance rates have gone down 35%.
I have asked repeatedly for them to stop calling me with no such luck and each time have been called back. I was just told that instead of taking me off the list by a supervisor they would call me morning afternoon and night when when I asked would you rather be taken to court

I've been blocking numbers from "AutoCare using an app" They are using some type of number simulator. I've blocked 21 different numbers from this same guy. I asked him how many numbers do i have to block before they stop calling. He laughed and told me I can't block him. I told him to stop f**ing calling and He told me "F***you Mother****"

Ahhhhh, this has been going on for months, 2-4+ calls each day, can't block them cuz they just keep using different numbers, I'm gonna have to change my number to be rid of these idiots! Why isn't there some way to get these people for harassment???

Caller ID showed up as Los Angeles CA. It was a man with a very heavy accent from India. He was calling to try to peddle some type of insurance from a company called US Auto Care Insurance. I politely asked him to repeat the name of the company because the line he was calling from had a lot of connection noise on it, plus I could hear the multitudes of monkeys with scripts in the background calling people and trying to push thier fraudulent insurance scams. I politely informed him that he was illegally calling a personal cell phone with a telemarketing phone call. He instantly hung up one me. How professional. Blocked the number immediately.
