Received a call 7pm on my cell with this #. No one on the line when I answered. Called back to this # and the automated message says "your call is being transfered to the next representative and may be recorded..." I just hung up. I do not know any one or company from this #.

I've gotten a few calls from this number and also calls from other unknown numbers with unfamiliar area codes.  When a message is left, the inquiry is always for persons with Spanish names. I finally called the 431 number.  It was a collection agency.  I asked them to take my cell phone number off their list.......we'll see!
