That depends on how you view Political Action Committees and what your political leanings are.

Both the domains of "srvy26.com" and "govtsatisfaction.com" which the URL in these texts takes one to, were registered all of 205 days ago (2026-02-04).
The page one is taken to presents a survey that states the following at the top:

Every question is OPTIONAL. You will NOT be asked to make a contribution of any kind as part of this survey.

The survey is mostly multiple choice questions with a few text boxes.
The questions attempt to present themselves as neutral.  They seem to lean slightly to the Right.
Submitting responses to the questions only results in an acknowledgement that they were submitted and a "Thank you" for participating.  No request for any donation is presented.

At the bottom of the page is a copyright notice of:

(However, the web domain did not exist until 2026.)

From their website:

Common Sense Leadership Fund is a 501c4 non-profit organization that promotes conservative policies of individual freedom, lower taxes, and less regulation while using digital innovation to build a conservative grassroots community.

In other words, they are a PAC aligned with the Republican Party.

You clicked "ok" on some website and your number was sold.

At this point, I can’t help but wonder if they are using it to take people’s name off the voter rolls.

I received an unsolicited text asking if Trump was doing a "good" job

I got the same and I went online to www.govtsatisfaction.com and completed the survey.  I did not give any email/phone address.

I received the same text and just reported as spam

I can't help but wonder if you are using that cheap Chinese foil for your tin-foil cap and are thus suffering from lead poisoning.

In my state, voter information (party affiliation, name, address) is accessible to political entities - not sure if has phone numbers or not.  That is how they know who to send targets mailings to

Same endless political text.  Reporting spam doesn't seem to stop anything
