V Tech antivirus renewal scam suspected as reported for other telephone numbers:
Off the answering machine: "...Customer number XXXXXX. Your antivirus has been automatically renewed for one year. You will see the $399 charge from V Tech on your next bill. To cancel this charge, call 573 340 1474 within 48 hours. Otherwise the charge will be confirmed."

Similar message as above - the call came from 15555....V-tech renewal....the call was recorded from Customer Svc Mngr Richard Parker

Same message did not return call number listed as 55-55

Same v-tech message from Richard Parker. $399 anti virus renewal charged to my account. ??? Really!

Same thing.  V tech renewal at $399 with 48 hours to cancel.  Call Richard Parker.  I'm not calling the number back.

Same Scam- called 9-23-19  1:20pm
Left message: this is to inform you that we have
renewed your anti virus security for the upcoming
1yr. & have charged you 399.00 & within 24hrs.
you will see a charge from v-tech solutions, if you want to cancel subscription & want a refund
please call: 573-340-1474. (I would never call)
cancellation should be received within 48 hrs.

Voicemail was only partial, but it had to do with a subscription to something and this was a call saying to call back 1-573-340-1474 to cancel within 48 hrs. or the charge would show up. Ended with This is Richard Parker Relationship manager, tech solution

Same as complaints above with the same voice mail message. I can't figure which account they think they can charge. When is the FEDS. going to stop these kind of calls?

V Tech anti virus renewal scam.  I do not have V Tech anti virus; therefore, I could not be up for renewal for $399.00 per year!
