Scammer. Phone said call was from Cannon Air Force Base. The number doesn't match any numbers in the base directory.

i also got called by them, 2 calls as a matter of fact.  when I googled the number, i figured it was a scan, so since they tried to call me twice, there will be no '3 times and youre OUT', I'm blocking them!!!  F*ck 'em, they can go and find a real job to take up their time as opposed to harassing people like us!!!!

Are you kidding me?  You expect someone to block this number from YOUR phone???  No one can truly BLOCK the number but YOU!  If they are calling your home phone, call your phone carrier and ask them how you would block this number or just GOOGLE how to block this number!!!  If they are calling your cell phone, scroll down to the bottom of that phone number and touch 'BLOCK THIS USER'. EASY PEASY!!
