Called from 580-215-5699 I didn't answer, but a lady left a message saying that it was in regards to a complaint that have been filed and needed my attention immediately. And if I didn't call back they'd report it in my file and send it to processing. I have no reason to think that a complaint would be filed against me for anything. I assume that it is a scammer and I won't be calling them back

I received the same as the others. The caller identified herself on my voicemail as Leticia Harper. The following message was left:

You're receiving this message in reference to a formal complaint we have received please contact our office at (580) 215-5699. Please be advised that this matter does require your immediate attention however we do not receive a response we will document your file been submitted for processing. Again we can be reached is (580)215-5699

Just received the exact same call as the above post. Most definitely a scam not wasting my time to call them back.

Now recieve a call from this number with the exact same message

This is a scam. I am a financial crimes detective & I was able to narrow her BS down to the point where she hung up on me. I was totally professional & asked questions like I knew what I was talking about.. I called an Attorney General friend of mine and he also thought it's a scam. I had to call back because I knew I had her stopped in her tracks. I asked more detailed questions like their address, if they were with the BBB, if they can provide my personal info.... Her response "my case has already been forwarded out to my home state". SMH really dumb scammer

I doubt they will be calling me again.  I called back from landline and basically did the same thing as the above poster. Asked alot of questions to the point where she said, ok well if you don't want to rectify it, you will be contacted by your local police department at your place of home or work.  I said that's fine. Then I can file a formal complaint about you. So, what I did was I called them and redialed the number for 2 hours straight.  I let them know that as long as they were going to harass me, I would do the same back to them.... I DO have time to play games, so you get what you give.  I left messages as well letting them know that they are a scam... after a while they stopped answering.  I was calling from a blocked number. I think about 3 diff people rotated answering with phone.  They would answer and say can you hold please...so I would hang up and call right back.  Actually, I think it's time for another phone call to them :) Good thing I know better.  It's sad that I'm sure they have scammed alot of poor innocent people who can't afford to fork over that kind of money to a couple of DIRT BAGS that can't work for their own money.

Got a call from this same number. Didn't answer. Looked it up on my smart phone. Found this page. They are in for a rude awakening if they call again.

I got a message from this number 580-215-5699 a Leticia Harper from TG Consultants saying something about a complaint filed. I haven't filed a complaint and haven't been anywhere for a complaint to be filed against me, so this is a scam. I will be blocking the number from my phone.

Searching on Google gives several companies named T G Consultants, all of them small and none seem to be using that telephone number. One of them is in England, another is in Poland. This particular one might not have a website at all.

Omg!!!! Grrrrr...super irritating! !! Same here!!!! Received a call about a complaint....I just want to crawl through the phone and wring someone's neck ;)

They also call from:  580-215-6827.  Same old garbage, (1) There's a "complaint" filed against you and (2) they will send the complaint to your state for prosecution and all sort of other nonsense.

Ignore them and block their calls.

I receive a voice mail stating that a complaint was filed against me and to respond immediately if I don't it would be noted in my file. I called the next day she said that criminal charges were going to be brought against me for bank wire fraud. That I received a loan over the internet and did not pay it back in 2011. (I did not)  and that I owed 1952.00 but the statute of limitations has run out so they are pressing criminal charges. This was an attempt to scare me into offering to pay the foney debt over the phone to get my credit card or bank info.

Called from 580-215-5699 I received several a day from this number , I have spoken with Sam and Latanya  about the regards to a complaint that have been filed and needed my attention immediately. I said to speak to their supervisor for an address to report to my local police then they will place me on hold and shortly after they will disconnect the call.

This is little more than an extortion attempt.

Report them:

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money,  tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  You might have to yell at the scammer and talk over him or her.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.  If you can find them.

Make sure you print out a copy of this thread if you do go to law enforcement.

They just called me too - left a message. I entertained it and called back. Apperantly they had some personal info - email address and home address to try and validate their attempt to collect a dept. Threatened me with all the prosecution charges they would use against me and went as far as to say my family would lose a loved one to the criminal justice system if I did not pay the fees. Once I began to laugh she hung up on me. SCAM SCAM SCAM.  call came from (580) 215 5699

they keep calling said they needed to talk to my lawyer said she was from t g con.

That called me again today...I spoke with a Tyler Collins....I said what they are accusing me of is not in my credit report...je said well they are pursuing you criminally.I told him that I was recording the call and verified his name again...he said he didn't want to argue...ya oooook! Get a real job!
