If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. You might have to yell at the scammer and talk over him or her. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved. Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.
If you can find them. - Sarah gibbsReceived several calls @262-361-4532 trying to reach Julie Stack. Don't know this person. This needs to stop. NOW!!!!!!!!!????

- SarahTHIS IS A SCAM! I got the exact same messages as everyone else and they tried to convince me that to participate in a 90 Hardship Program that would have stolen almost $2000.00 of my money that I never owed. I contacted the Arkansas General Attorney Office as well as National Payday Loan which is who they claimed representation. I have never even taken out a loan. The Attorney General office called me this morning and assured me this is a scam and that they had already charged this group before.. DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME. I also received a response from National Payday which I am sharing below.

We wanted to let you know that we have done a search in our system using your name, last 4 digits of the social security number and email address to find any possible account. It appears as though you did not receive a cash advance with NationalPayday.com and therefore do not owe any balance. In fact, you do not even exist within our system at all.

We thank you for bringing this to our attention. This matter is the subject of an ongoing internal investigation, and we take it very seriously. - Anonymous replies to chsThey where scaring me too... Until I read all the posts...
- lynneI just received a call yesterday from this number--Amber Goodman was my "case manager" and she wanted attorney info, said the national pay day loans had put 500 in my account in Sept 2012 and when they didn't receive payment they turned it over to NCG consultants. she also indicated it was past the 2 year something period and that I had to pay 1900 and some to rectify.--Amber said she would be filing the complaint and I would receive a court date. I asked her to wait until Friday while I checked this out and I would call her back- but I wanted to check with my bank
. I had inquired about a loan from them during that time but chose not to do it because National Pay day just kept asking me to send money...stupid all the way around on my end--but I didn't take their money and they did not put 500 in my account. However, still concerned...I will be calling attorney general in NC tomorrow as others in this post have suggested.- Caller: NCG consultants
