- ShillKill replies to Jennifer O'ConnorNo shill, who are you kidding? Does every collector pay their bills? Do any collectors have judgements and liens against them? Of course not, the must be the most moral people on earth. On the other hand, I dare you to demonstrate that even one person making a complaint in this thread even has an unpaid bill (save mortgage balance and car loan balance)
Now, as for your ridiculous comments about bringing back "debtors' jails". I've got an even better idea --- why don't we start giving folks who violate administrative law (e.g. FTC regulations) stiff prison sentences for each violation! Maybe even some mandatory minimums.
Now, did anyone call all collectors scum? There is a difference between account receivables professionals and low-life bottom feeders who violate the laws and try to collect on debts they don't even own. If you really think about it, the bottom-feeders are even stealing from the accounts receivables professionals! - MJG replies to Jennifer O'ConnorWalmart probably has the same number of complaints per day that your company has - and Walmart is 1000's of times bigger. Get a new line - pay your bills is sooooo old and you never PROVED anyone here owes one cent of debt.
- MJG replies to Lisa CoradoDid you forget to name this wonderful company??? NO??? We don't believe you anyway.
- DeletedMedia replies to Jennifer O'ConnorJennifer O'Connor squawks like a fat stupid pigeon, perched in a cubicle-
“Who are you kidding?? Have some pride in yourself “
So, you searched the phone number and decided to assume everyone posting complaints here is a “deadbeat”. That’s a redundant tactic all you idiot third party two-bit losers do.
Only one incorrectly placed call is Using Corrupted Information. You have Files of Compromised Personal Data in your system, and there’s no Law declaring a Consumer, Citizen, or Immigrant must help you with your problem. Whether you use robos or not, there’s no Law requiring a Consumer to call you back, to be interrogated about anything, let alone someone else’s debt. Past experience with your corrupt industry makes any conversation possible evidence, since there is no Law requiring Consumers to clean up a new phone number just to reasonably use. - Tamianth replies to Lisa CoradoFeel free to do so, but you really should not talk about yourself that way and obviously need to see a psychologist about the urge to commit suicide.
- Tamianth replies to Jennifer O'ConnorHate to burst your little delusional bubble, but nope! Too bad.. try again! The only person belonging in jail is the professional deadbeat extortion scammers! No one owes them a living as you and they seem to think, they need to work and support themselves with a honest job instead of lying and stealing from people and sitting on their behind being lazy. So keep running, but sooner or later the law and karma will catch you and then you can pay the debt you owe to society for your illegal crimes.

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans
Washington, D.C.
December 07, 2010 FBI National Press Office
(202) 324-3691
The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.
According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.
The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.- Caller: Informational Post

I called my attorney, boy! He wanted to sue her right away for violation of the FTC and others. I told him not do to so, but he still gonna call the BBB to report her.

- Resident47 replies to smithWait .... You have these clowns on two clear FDCPA violations, if not more for "abusive" treatment, and you think the triple-B is going to help more than your lawyer? One can send a letter the thugs are free to ignore. The other can send a summons and make the goons *pay you* for your hassle. Hostile debt collectors everywhere thank you for keeping yourself quiet and them employed.
