Not sure who/what, but assuming another scammer since 100% of the calls I get that only show city & state for the caller ID usually are. Blocked on my home phone.

Recorded male voice, threatened criminal prosecution for unspecified offense if call was ignored

Received two "intimidating" calls within two hours, each indicating it would be my last chance to respond to avoid being charged with failing to report before a magistrate.

Voice on message machine sounded bubbly as if from a mobile phone, male and with an accent.  Couldn't understand message; probably just as well considering the previous comments.  Caller ID indicated this came from Akron, NY.  If it indeed contains threats, this is a criminal offense!

Just got another call from this "character."  Blocked it!
