This [***] is calling old people / trying to scare them!!!!!! My mother is getting calls three times a day in Camarillo,Ca.  If i find this guy i will rip his nuts off and shove them down his throat.

Its a fake scammer. I'd advise not calling them back. If you call them back, they will get your caller ID information and sell it to other spammers. Just delete and block if you can.

Yes, it is a horrible SCAM and many people have fallen for it, particularly the elderly.  Please take a minute to report the call at this web site:

Also consider getting your mother a call blocker or a phone that can block numbers.  It might help protect her from these scammers.

I got 3 calls from this guy yesterday.  I think he said his name was David somethink,  couldnt really understand.  And he gave a different number but the same message.  These people really need to get a life.

I would say this is a real scammer with a fake "enforcement action".

i got 4 calls last week with the same spiel here in Camarillo CA. Except the callers name was David Price and the exact same message. ignore it and delete it from your machine immediately
