called my work phone looking for someone and said charges were being brought up on this person.
i do not know co or who called.

received a call from a man demanding he speak with me..told him i didnt know anyone by that name and he hung up but keeps calling..name on caller id is mike thompson

He kept calling over and over and dunno who he is or what he does??? Help...

mike thompson called on my phone also  called him back got a recording. Sounds like he works on claims of some sort.

Company claimed to be an attorney that was looking for my sister and had 3 cases on her.  2 civil and one criminal.

Called & said that I owe a debt, but would not give me the name of the company. Told me, that I have to pay, or I will end up in court paying a lot more charges!

Some female named Shana left message telling me she was with a legal firm and had my SSAN and case number, and there appeared to be fraud involved.  I don't know who or what this is about, but these people can hold their breath waiting on me to call back.  The only fraud in my life are these people calling pretending to have some big information, telling me I must call back.  hah hah hah

A woman named Shana left a message on my mothers phone saying near the exact of what the comment above mine said but instead was looking for my mother's ex husband from over twenty years ago which we found odd as she has no contact with him since.

Jeffrey Thomas called and said he needed my address to mail a 1099-C to me to file with the IRS. What a scam, there is no reason for me to get a 1099-C from New York when I life in Texas!!!! SCAM!!

Received a call Shawna Miller that I owed Chase 900 dollars on a credit card issued in 07 and I should pay it. I never owned a Chase credit card, when I asked for the acct. number she hung up. Please don't give these people your credit card number to settle any claim..report them to the FBI which is what I did..

Shawna Miller, Called me looking for my mom. Asking questions claiming there was a fraud allegation against her but wouldnt tell me what it was. I called her back after reading this blog to tell her that she was a scam artist and she hung up. Dont give them any information.

I got a call from this number too...I looked it up just to try to find out who was calling me and I saw this blog and didn't know what to do! on one hand I wanted to just ignore it and then on the other hand I wanted to try to stop this lady from calling me! I have an attorney in the family so I gave him the number to have him check it out and possibly file a complaint.. My cousin called Miss Miller back and he presented as my attorney they exchanged some information and it turns out I was actually in default of a large personal loan from 2009! I had gone through a divorce in 2010 and thought that this was taken care of through the divorce, but I had never asked for it to be paid for through my divorce decree and my divorce lawyer must have missed it.  Anyhow, I had a balance of over 4k and when my cousin told me that it was a valid claim (they sent him a copy of my credit report where the loan showed up and they sent him a letter to validate they were retained to handle the account)....my cousin advised me to call the lady back and try to negotiate a settlement and I did and ended up paying less than the balance and didnt have to worry about a judgement or a lien on my credit/assets. So I guess, check it out before you dismiss it and assume its a scam!!!

Obviously you work for the company. Especially since you end your message with the companies logo. This company is following illegal collection practices and to condone it makes you just as negligent. Nice to see the BBB gives the company you sign with a big F. Just like your comment...failure!

Representative from this company called me and we got off on the wrong foot, the man I spoke with was unpatient and rude. he explained to me that i had a past due balance with an old credit card. he wanted me to pay the balance that day as if the money just grows on trees around here. i ended up asking to speak to someone else, anyone else, and was transfered to shanna miller. I believe she is a supervisor. i told her that whoever that man was needed to be writen up or fired. he is not good at what he does at all, has no patience or people skills. Shanna got me a 2 part settlement and I paid off my debt which needed to be done one way or another, not only to avoid court or a judment against me but because i need to really clean up my credit from my past anyway.  she also gave me her direct line so I could call her back anytime and not have to deal with anyone else. she even looked up some of the other past due stuff on my credit report and told me what else was listed as a negative account so I can get those paid off too. Im on my way to fixing my credit so I can better myself. I dont see what everyone else is complaining about. when I asked for a letter she faxed it to my work right away. its not a scam if you owe money.  PAY YOUR BILLS. life happens and sometimes we fall behind, but you can get caught up!

I got a whatsapp video from this no. advertising on easemytrip.com .. when I searched the no. on Google I got these replies qbout scams . I don't understand what's going on.
