Calls multiple times every day, multiple days of the week. I will find them and make them pay.

Same... calls constantly never leaves a message.

I, too, have been receiving NUMEROUS calls from this number, all times of day, multiple times a week and never leaves a message. This has been going for a few months  (started in Sept. or Aug. of 2018). Who is this person?

Just reported them to the FCC/DO NOT CALL REGISTRY @ 1-888-382-1222 (This is a government phone number, it is safe. You can also check to see if you are on the "DO NOT CALL" list, and if you're not, you can register your number to stop receiving spam calls. Also, use the same number to report spam/robo-calls).
Will update if I find out who is calling and if I receive any info from FCC.

Perhaps you shoudl actually read what the DNC list does and doesn't cover before you give out misinformation like this. Hint: it tells legitimate telemarketers not to call you,
