Saturday 8/25/12 10:35 am eastern: #585-542-5570 called me, caller ID said Unknown Name. I said Hello, waited 6 or 7 seconds and said Hello again. They hung up.

Monday 8/27/12 3:56 pm eastern: #585-542-5570 called me again, caller ID said Unknown Name. A recording came on after a pause identifying them as targeting Senior Citizens with a scare message of dire things that can happen to them unless they press "1" to connect through to an operator. I pressed "1" and a woman said that this is "Senior Medical Benefits" and that she was Lottie. I could hear other operators in the background. After making sure I knew who she said they were and writing it down I told her that I am on the Do Not Call Registry and they are in violation of it. I asked her to please remove me from their Contact List. Lottie said, "Ok. Have a good day." I said, "You too." and we both hung up.

Wednesday 9/5/12 12:10 pm eastern: #585-542-5570 called me again, caller ID said Unknown Name. A recording came on after a pause identifying them as targeting Senior Citizens with a scare message of dire things that can happen to them unless they press "1" to connect through to an operator to buy a medic alert system. I pressed "1" and a woman said that this is "Senior Medical Benefits" and asked who I was. I told her that I am on the Do Not Call Registry, they called me on 8/25 and hung up on me and they also called me on 8/27 when I notified them that I am on the National Do Not Call Registry and asked them to remove me from their contact list. She said that they were calling because I must have signed up online for them to call me, that I clicked on something. I said No, I did NOT, and I'm asking her nicely again to remove me from their contact list. She said that they are unable to call me twice because it is a "one time offer", and she didn't call me that I clicked "1" to get to her, and I HAD to have signed up. I said yes, you DID me and I DIDN'T sign up. I didn't just pick up my phone and click 1 and get you. 585-542-5570 called me, again. She said she didn't know the number that makes the calls but she would be happy to remove me from their contact list. I asked her her name and she tried to talk over me. When this happened three times she hung up on me.

Complain to your State Attorney General's office. Indiana State Attorney General filed suit against this company in August, putting a restraining order on them to stop calling people in Indiana.  Indiana had over 600 complaints on this company.  Your state will listen if they get enough complaints, your complaint definity counts. This company stopped calling Indiana, but they are still calling the rest of the states and now starting to call Canada.  If every state puts a restraining order on them, they will have no one to call in the US.

The name of this company is Elite Information Solutions out of Casselberry, Florida, but the company is using a UPS store address in Orlando for their principal place of business.  Company owner is Michael Hilgar.  This company goes by several FAKE names.  Here are a few names that they are using:  Safeline Medical Alert, Senior Medical Benefits, Senior Medical Advisory, Senior Alert Line, and Senior Safeline.

It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.
