I found out today that this call group has direct redial access.  After months of begging them to stop calling me from various disconnected numbers, I tried a different tactic today.  I started talking dirty to the caller and he started talking dirty back, telling me he had his member in his hand....I hung up and he called right back and has been calling every 5 minutes since.  About a month ago, one of their callers said they have no control over the numbers that are called as it is an auto dialer making the calls.  I am now calling the A.G. for our state.

l too have been getting calls from that number.No matter what I say they won't stop.Isn't that harrassment? I'd like for them to stop!

I get multiple calls from this number daily and they never leave a message, so I've assumed they aren't a legitimate company.  This has going on for about a week and a half now.  Seeing what others have noted above, I have no intention of answering at any point in the future.

this bunch been calln me for over a year intermitnly at first they claimed to be consumer finace co. wanting to consolidat my bills i told politely half a dozen times  was not interested and to stop calling lately they a used a lot of different names when id say who is this and who do you work for theyd hang if i didnt/last call i said sternly who the hell is this and why do you keep calling me  ,the male started calling me names punk the n word ect i hung up on him.these people do not sound legit BEWARE

When they ask for me I say "Just a minuet" I lay down the phone and come back a few minuets later and hang it up. Now I'm wasting their time and NOT mine.

I keep getting these calls too! They hang up on me when I ask to be put on a do not call listing. When you call the number back it shows as disconnected

The people who called from 585-621-1361 also call from 661-663-0058 - numerous reports have been made on the internet & yet the calls still continue. I have blocked the different numbers but they just keep calling. I have gone from politely refusing to practicing verbal abuse on them, which they seem to enjoy immensely. My phone is registered on the DNC list but that doesnt stop them. I am fed up !

They keep calling for the previous holder of our phone #---2 YEARS AGO!  I am so sick of their calling and they do it nearly every day!  I am on the DNC list too.

My wife took the first call. She politely told him she was not interested. He pressed on. She told him again she was not interested, thanked him, and hung up. 3 seconds later the phone rang again. I answered. The man had an Indian (or thereabouts) accent.  I said "The lady said she was not interested. Do not call back." 3 seconds later he called again. I screamed an obscenity at him and hung up. He called back again. I told him he was wasting his time. I told him to keep talking, he would not be making money as long as I had him captive on the phone. He said he did not make any money, that he was just trying to help me. I said, "Well, take your good heart somewhere else. We are not interested." He said, "Well, you see what happens in the next half hour". I said, "what are you going to do?" He said, "Maybe somebody will come to your home in the next half hour." I said, "I dare you!" He finally hung up. Now my wife is paranoid. What can I do to stop this harrassment when the number on caller ID is bogus?

I just got a call from 585-621-1361, it has shown up on my caller ID for the past few days.I happen to be home when they called tonight and answered I said I'm not interested he said in what, I said in anything you're offering and hung up. I was getting calls from a 718 number multiple times a day for months, also saying they were consumer financial. I told them 4 times not interested and stop calling. Finally, when they called, I told them they had been repeated told to stop caling and if they called anymore I would find out how to report them for harassament. Now to find out they are at it again, with a new number time to break out the whistle!

for almost a year I have been getting phone calls from a disconnected number.  my caller  i d says from rochester. I insists that I am in debt and need help woth my credit card debts I have told him repeatedly I am not in debt but he says " my records sgow that you are $60,000 dollars in debt.  the number keeps changing everytime he calls. I say"I am not in debt"  He says my wife asked for help with her credit cards I say" My credit cards are paid off he says" my records show you owe a substantial amount of money.  I am at wits end.  what to do?  I have purchased an air horn that I will blast in his ear the next time he calls then he can pay for the hearing aides he will need if he keeps on calling me.

This person keeps calling my phone.  I have asked to be taken off calling list, but they don't stop

I received a call from this number as well, and it comes up disconnected. The lady knew my name, and said she was calling about my credit card accounts. I said..."I don't have any". She hung up. I don't believe they are legitimate and am wondering if anyone has reported them to the FCC?
