Same as others... Repeated calls, but no message left.  All the hallmarks of a scammer or telemarketer

This number is activated by you saying hello but still goes to voicemail with no message left. Constantly get calls from this number , I have it blocked but for some insane reason it still gets thru to my answering service.

Not sure how these people get away with these kinds of calls in this day and age.  A phone carrier is supporting this phone number and should be told what they are doing so they can be disconnected.  No one answers and you know they are listening as they never disconnect, you have too.  Sincerely a waste of everyone's time.
