    Agent asked for my birth date to verify my ID and claimed to be from a company called Bridgestone calling on behalf of the Royal Bank.  Could not give me a believable answer as to why the Royal Bank was not calling me, and I asked for a callback number, and was given 877-385-2084 but the caller ID on my phone says 587-206-4277
