Left a message. The message was left by a robocaller, didn't wait for my voicemail message to complete (mine is unusually long, so I ended up with only the tail end of the message), and said something about how if I disregarded this message, they would have to "issue an arrest warrant under [my] name, and get [me] arrested."

Checked it on some other sites, and they seemed to confirm that this was 99.9% a scam.

Scammer pretending to be from CRA

Got a call from them today. Robocall left a partial message telling me an arrest warrant would be issued. I called back and it was answered almost immediately by a person claiming to be CRA (CRA never answers with a real person right away) I hung up. They never called back

The call is not generated by a phone line, but a computer likely from a third world country trying to cash in from the unsuspected. It is scam, they were using fly y night “ call centres” staffed by desperate zombies and run by mafia from India.
