    I picked up phone and heard foreign sounding guy in busy call centre start a pitch about Carpet & Furnace Cleaning services.  He gave a generic sounding company name when I pushed him to identify who he was.

    Calling in violation of the DNCL.  I hung up at that point.

    Just as previous commenter - a foreign sounding person calling from a busy call centre - regarding carpet cleaning.

    I also explained I was registered on the DNCL and this call was illegal and hung up.
