This guy claims to have a job that moved him to South Africa. In turn he's "renting" out his house. He's demanding deposit, first AND last month's rent. Once you send the cash, he'll send the keys. Excepted the house he's renting out is occupied by someone else. When confronted, he says you have the wrong address. It's close, not circle. Despite the lease agreement saying in clear black and white: circle. The whole neighborhood does not have 'address' close. House doesn't exist. He's a liar and a thief. If you see this phone number on rentfaster.ca, report it immediately.
