    It's ongoing and so annoying.  I don't even listen to my voice mail but it irks me to see the number had called....again and again.  I blocked the number but it still happens

    Voicemail notification went off on my phone. Went to listen to it, nothing, not even a split second of a sound. No obvious disconnect sound either.
    NOTE:  My phone never rang, only received a notification.  Call history records 9 hour difference from the last phone call I received.  This has occurred twice over a span of five days from this number.

    2 voicemails left with no message. Coincidentally on the same day a couple of calls received that did not go to voicemail and a dozen or so "unavailable caller" scam call recordings (Service Canada enforcement) that either kicked in 5 second or so after picking up (once) and the rest indicating "missed call".
