Marketing Research company. Utility Metrics was the claimed name but I couldn't find anything by that name when I Googled it.

Was a survey... can't remember the name.

This number claimed to be some kind of research company, told me I should go onto their website at "info.(sorry, forgot their name, but their company name should be here).ca" or call back their number (1-587-602-2955). Hung up as soon as they said it. 587-801-0300 and this number have called me many times now. I've heard those stories of how people record people's voices over the phone and use it as credit card things, so I just said hello in a UK accent. Soon after that, this female voice said the "company"'s name, etc.. Wasn't sure if it was a bot or not, though probably is. Scam, and considering the reviews above, this might be a survey. Blocked the number already.

They don't speak. There is a strong echo when you speak.  Smells fishy.
