    Nov 2 2021 Ā  Said they were calling from Telus. Telus name appeared on my phone display. Sais they wanted to give me a 40% reduction on my bill. Starting asking me about my acct, such as how much I pd now and what services I had. Asked him if he was Telus, how come he didn,t know. Ā Then I hung up. no c/back.
