I believe this is a collection agency.  I was mistakenly sent to collections via walmart rewards mastercard and this number from Calgary/Edmonton called me.  I called it back and was met with a message that "all agents are currently busy."

Number keeps calling. No voicemails. When you call back doesn’t say what company just that call will be recorded for training purposes. So I hung up. They called back left a voicemail Saying I hung up and then they hung up LOL I imagine it’s a scam or something

Calls from CBV Collections looking for someone who used to own my number before me.  Unfortunately, I get calls every 3-6 months from different debt collection companies as this person’s debt gets passed around.
