- Katy replies to Cameron WilloughbyI also just got a call from this number with a 1 second voicemail.
- Hayley| 1 replyGot a call from this number. Knew my husbands name. Claiming to be Telus. Not professional when they speak. Asking if we have paid our bill. And said it was nearly $1100. Which isn’t correct. Telus would not disclose information without taking you through all verifications. Must be a scam.
- Alisha replies to HayleyYeah I also just got this.. idk why I tried calling back thought it was family

- ElleWe have a family account via Koodo and this number tried calling me just now. When I didn't pick up, they called another one of my family member's line looking for me. They claimed to be Koodo, following up on outstanding payment - We do not owe that money.... I'm not sure if someone from Koodo or Telus is leaking customer information but this is very shady.
- Caller: koodo
- ShannonCalled claiming to be kodoo about outstanding balance, a rather high one which was not the case. Hung up when I asked her exactly what my balance was as i was on my self serve on my tablet.
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- CEcalled from telus on July 21st and they said I had an outstanding balance of $169 (which I paid on July 3rd and received an email saying thank you a few days later. Then asked if my email was the correct one (they knew my email). I tried calling back and it does take you to a telus number and appears to be legitimate.
