The post you replied to is false as scammers routinely break laws. The DNC list is not a call blocker and only legit callers abide by it

Legitimate, Kidney Foundation. Just say hello once or twice, and wait. Yes, they may have some people with disabilities, so be patient and kind! They've picked up clothes and household goods for me many times. Easier than taking all that somewhere. I think non-profits are exempt from the Do Not Call list. Perhaps you can contact them and ask to be removed from their call list.

The correct phrase is "put me on your internal Do Not Call list"

If they are from a legit foundation, why no caller ID ? All I see is Alberta ... which can be spoofed from anywhere !

Telling them to "take me off your call list" means when they abandon that call list, and get a new call list, your number might be on the new call list, but they will have no record to take you off that new call list.

Have you tried blocking their number?
