Anyone get a call from this number ? It has 5878814306 as the callerID. Anyone know who it is ?

Have got couple calls from this number. Today, when I answered there was no answer on the other side. Probably a telemarketer

This number has called a few times - it is from the Calgary Herald.

The callers from this number called more than 10 times.  No answer.  They should be banned in jail or hell.  Very annoying.

Has anyone told the marketing unit that telemarketing isn't working anymore?

this is ridiculous - 587-881-4306 should be a local Calgary phone number BUT, it comes on as please dial 1 first as it is long distance.  Called it back - said press 1 to speak with a customer service rep,, which I did, no one comes on, and I'm left with the long distrance charges.  This is crap - I am calling to say STOP calling me - I don't think I should have to pay to do so!!!!

They call regularly. They don't take a hint that people don't want a newspaper tossed into the rain or snow on their front steps or yard anymore ... That seems to be "news" to them ...

This number keeps calling. Never a message. No ID of course, cowards!

Yes, I've been getting calls from the same number for the past week. If it is the Calgary Herald, I wish someone would pick up, so I can ask "what's paper?, I've never heard of it"

Robo calls; Telemarketers usually phone between 11 and 1pm and 5-7pm;  so I don't answer, in the past when I was foolish & picked up there was no response & if I 'wanted' to speak to someone - there was no one.   If Telemarketers are truly attempting to market or sell something why hide?   Just don't understand the logic;  who controls the expense of these companies? do they have shareholders? All these calls are an expense, robo or not, who pays?  Would you knowingly invest?   Shame on the companies .... all that effort with no response from the other end (pardon the pun).

why do they continue to keep selling newspapers when they don't listen to why I no longer want their paper. If they took the time using responsible people from their office to phone and ask the questions without trying to sell more papers they may discover why the circulation is falling. Currently they use young teeny boppers who are laughing and giggling, speak only ultra high speed teeny bopper speak and who don't know the answers to easy questions.

They have another serious problem, that is delivery. They say 6:30AM but we're driving away from our home after that time and the delivery guy is still several blocks down the street. This means that if he remembers to deliver it to my home there is no one there nor is there any one there all day. I must ask, isn't that a great invitation for someone to break into the house? A few years ago it was delivered before 5:00AM and I had a chance to read while eating breakfast. Now I get to read the "morning" paper in the evening if I'm not filling police reports for a breakin.

The Calgary Herald has some serious problems they are not prepared to deal with, they would rather go bankrupt.

they keep trying, unfortunately area code 587 covers all of Alberta.  Simply do not pick up the phone.  It's a Cold caller and no one you know.   If you must complain send your complaint in to Postmedia they own ALL of Alberta's major newspapers.  The buck stops with Postmedia's CEO.  Send him an Email.    Google it.

All these newpapers and majors in Vancouver and Toronto are all controlled by certain hedge funds based in the USA.

got called once per day during the last 4 days.  answered once - no response. dial 1 first then the number then you get to a customer service rep.  Calgary Herald promotion 4$ /wk for 6 months

the faster this co. calgary herald go belly up, the sooner I don't have to get these annoying phone calls from this innards jinxed company
