    Doesn't appear to be a scammer, although that is the common assumption these days.  Call back gets, "Hello and thank you for calling."  Goes on to say they are a market research company (doesn't say which one) and they called to get your opinion.  Also gives a website for being added to their internal DNC list.  dnclistaddme.com.  I went to the site and it's just a generic form titled "EDCI DNC" but the URL address included vaxco.com which according to their website, is the developer or research software.  EDCI is a data management company.  So these calls appear to be surveys on whatever the company has been hired to collect.
