A live person was actually on the line when I answered, not a recording.  I asked "WHY are you calling me?"  In his India accent English, he says he is with the Computer Technical Support and there is a problem with my Microsoft license.  I interrupted him and said, "OH and you know what I'm going to do now?? I'm going to report you to the FTC!" And I hung up.  Now I really will report this number to the FTC because I believe even though it won't stop these scam calls to me, it's one step better than just reporting the call on one of these info pages - which I do appreciate because it confirms the call is actually a scam.

I don't answer unknown numbers, they did not leave a VM.
